I’m on a mission to help feed hungry children in need in Canada and around the world, and to help leave our planet in a livable condition for generations to come.

As a mother of 3, I believe all children should have access to healthy food to nourish their bodies and minds. The Love Life is a member of Food Secure Canada which is a Canadian alliance of organizations and individuals working together to advance food security and food sovereignty through three interlocking goals: zero hunger, healthy and safe food, and sustainable food systems.

The Love Life supports Canadian Feed the Children whose mission is “To unlock children’s potential through community-led action in Canada and around the world.”

We are facing a critical time with respect to the environment. Scientists have been calling for aggressive climate action for decades. The year is 2020. Could this be our last chance to steer the ship on a different course? Experts are telling us we only have a decade to avoid the worst consequences of climate change. We simply cannot continue to perpetuate this massive planetary destruction. The time for action is NOW. We should pray we aren’t already too late. 1% for the Planet has certified more than $225 million in support to approved environmental nonprofits.
